SINAPSI DATA SERVICE (SNPDS) is a cloud service, which is hosted.
Designed for companies that deal with Operation & Maintenance of plants, IT infrastructure, customers particularly attentive to the topic of monitoring. Its modular structure offers numerous potentialities starting from the web interface alone for the management of plants with different fields of application, analysis, and comparison of remote plants, monitoring of alarm statuses, planning, and logging of maintenance activities in the plant.

Aimed at condominium and shopping center or office building administrators, energy managers, energy & utilities sales companies, EPC contractors, builders, O&M companies, installers, the end customer.

GENERAL FEATURES

Hosted cloud service for centralized management of installations
SNPDS offers centralization, archiving, management, analysis of data collected in the field with customizable reporting and visualization in MULTISCREEN mode.
Multi-user and multi-profile access via Web Browser, with privilege control over the different features made available by the platform.
SNPDS acquires data from ESOLAR by making a copy for consultation and security backup.
Visualization of the status and operation of the plant with respective geographical location and monitoring of the fundamental plant quantities
Documentation management and reporting
Multi-format data export to third party management platforms, through multiple ways of using the data in different formats
Customizable data display mode with the possibility of access via the web, smartphone, web tv. This offers the user the possibility to control the fundamental data of his plant and the company the possibility to enhance its image in a technological and innovative way.

MAP/MULTI-SYSTEM ANALYSIS MODULE

Through the geographical display of the monitored plants is possible:
- quickly visualize the fundamental characteristics of the system

- customize the client's logo for the selected plant
- compare different systems as a function of a selected measurement
ECONOMIC ANALYSIS MODULE
It allows the analysis control for different economic flows associated with the various plants.
ADVANCED MANAGEMENT MODULE OF SYSTEM ALARMS
Module for displaying alarms from all systems in centralized mode.
Specifically allows:
- visualization per alarm category
- details on alarm activation timing, device, alarm description

SCHEDULING/LOGGING MODULE FOR INTERVENTIONS ON SYSTEMS/LIST OF CONTACTS
Module for displaying alarms from all systems in centralized mode.
Specifically allows:
- correlated to an implant in an indexed way
- associated with certain users who will be informed in real-time about the activities to be carried out in time for the correct management of the material and equipment necessary for the intervention.
REPORT AND EXPORT MODULE
Module for the generation and structuring of detailed user-configurable reports.
Module for the centralized export of data monitored by the systems in the field, such as:
- generation and sending reports to certain users
- integrated repository of generated reports with the possibility of subsequent consultation
- multi-format export with the possibility to select the size to export in the period of interest
MULTI-USER ACCESS

Possibility, by the administrator, to manage the access census, enabling or not the display of one or more modules or systems for any other user.
REMOTE BACKUP
SNPDS allows data backup of different devices with different acquisition optimization policies, allowing recovery in case of device replacement or damage.
SCHEMATIC MANAGEMENT MODULE
It allows the visualization of planimetry of the wiring diagrams with graphic contextualization of alarms and data in real-time.
DATA SERVICE EXCHANGE MODULE
Allows the use of data contained in SNPDS, with other data management systems.
Allows integration with third-party management systems.
